Meetings
An initial meeting to discuss your requirements, show you more work, and explain how I work. Up to four weeks before the day, a second meeting to run through the plan, so we all know the timings and what's expected. If you would like a pre midweek wedding shoot this can be discussed at this time.

Venue visits
I visit every venue before the day to scout out the best locations for the bride and groom portraits and family shots. Preparation is essential in helping the day run smoothly and ensuring great results.

Processing the images
After the wedding, I select the best pictures to process, which will take around 3-4 weeks. Every picture that makes it to editing will be colour balanced and tweaked as necessary. Minor retouching is also carried out if necessary. I don't overwhelm you with thousands of pictures, but concentrate on producing the best quality images.

Web Gallery
After the pictures are processed. I upload them to a private web gallery for viewing, the same style as the galleries on my website.

Proof images on DVD
After the images have been processed, we will invite you to our studio to see them for the first time. You will receive your DVD in a stylish presentation box.

The Artemis album is individually designed, your images are enlarged and mounted in a black album. The front cover is personalised with your favourite photograph and your names are embossed down the right hand side.
